Paying for a contract that ended 5 months ago

My cell phone contract with your company ended in june 2013. However I'm still been bill for this contract to date. I contacted the call centre to cancel the contract 2months ago but it was not done. What kind of company do your'l run, customers for they money. Your call centre consultants are useless and cannot assist. The consult said to me she will cancel the contract and will e-mail me paper work but i did not receive anything till today. She also advised me that I will have to pay for 2 more months. Haven't your'l robbed me enough. I refuse to pay anymore to your company. This is unacceptable, I would never want to take another contract with nashua mobile again.
