To whom it may concern

I took out a contract with Nashua Mobile on the 28th may. It was a cellc R649 with a Samsung S4. It got delivered to me in pretoria I have since moved to durban, Inoticed that the phone was switching it self off/Resetting while I was busy with it (It did not work and was frustrating to use). Isent the phone back with in my 7 day phone swop period the phone was sent to Johannesburg and spent 7 days there. They said the phone just needed a system upgrade and I musst do that at durban regional branch. I then took it to Durban regional branch and they said no branch can do these upgrades and it must go back to Johannesburg yet again. I then spoke to Bradley at Executive help desk. He than sent someone to my house to fetch the phone and take it to samsung them selves. It is been with them untill now nobody has contacted me in regards I have to keep phoning to get updates (And nobody knows what is wrong!) I have had this contract for 1 month now, I cant use it the phoneis not working nobody from nashua mobile is taking responsibility and the contract is worth R15000. my question is is somebody going to take responsibility or must I get a lawyer and sort this out?
