On Saturday 28/10/2013 my daughter upgraded and sign a contract for a new cellphone at Menlyn Vodashop. Sunday the screen started rolling up and down. On Monday se took it back and they referred her to Voda Customer Care where the told her that they are going to do a software upgrade. Two days later se received the cellphone but on 8/a0 it started rolling up and down again. She returned it to them reporting the problem. On 12 October we went to the shop with her and talked to Idris (supervisor) He promised to follow it up an on Monday phoned my daughter and told her that the phone is still in for upgrade of software. Since then we did not receive any response. On 10/10 I phoned again and spoke to Cerion. He returned my call to inform me that it is still in for repairs. In the meantime she paid the first subscription but still without a phone. On 22/10 I phoned and needless to say - still no answer. In paragraph 4 (b) of the contract it reads: "within 14 calendar days period form date of purchase the device will be approved as an OBF", but we still waiting for an answer. Please, can somebody help us. I saw that in the past there were similar complains.
