I have now had countless conversations with Nashua mobile client service department and with the staff of the Centurion branch and no effort has been made to fix the problem. I have complained several times on Hello Peter and still Nashua mobile cant even be bothered to react. Long story short - I upgraded my contract, in three months they still can't migrate my new contract. In the mean time they have billed me 5 times more than they should have because I was unaware that my new contract is not active and hence has been billed out of data rates. I want my money paid back to me and I want my contract working and active as I signed up for is January already.
