I received a bill of R1829.33 for my 3 contract phones and my query is about the R844.83 for data calls on 0735024558 that I was charged even though I don't use internet that much. I logged a query on 16/10/2013 with Ref # 105170194 and again on 28/10/2013 with Ref# 105513682 and spoke to Bianca. Bianca said the first call was about BIS only that I also queried, I told her that I complained about BIS and Data usage but only BIS was resolved.

Why am I billed so much for data? Please provide the websites that were logged in. The next thing you debit my account with such money which I reversed and won't pay until the query is resolved. I logged the query before my account was debited hoping it would have been resolved before debiting my account. I was told that I will get a message after the call has been logged in which I never did.
