Good evening

I saw a Blackberry 9320 contract on the Vodacom website in June this year. The package was for R179 per month for 21 month. The reason why I chose this package specifically was that Vodacom offered 3 months free Headset as well as 3 Months free subscription. I called in as the packaged had to be applied for telephonically. The consultant called in and took all my details. it was not such a major issue as I am already an existing Vodacom Contract holder.

The Saturday morning came and the consultant called back to mention that the contract had been approved and someone will call to confirm delivery.

During the week, someone did call and confirmed delivery. The phone was delivered and I called 0821945 to activate the line. I did that on the 25/6/13 and struggled with the whole package as all that was not done. I am still today, struggling with my refund of the money debited on my account for the 3 months free subscription. I have called and called countless times regarding my refund but nothing has happened. They admit that they have done an error and I am to receive my money back but it is not the 3rd month since struggling
