MTN not assisting with simple data usage query

I phoned the MTN call centre on 27-03-2013 from about 11:00 until 13:00 to determine why my data balance was decreasing without me using the device for data related services to that extent. I phoned 0831808. The male agent I spoke to (did not get his name) said I should get a URL statement. He then transferred me to their BlackBerry helpdesk, cut-off. Phoned 0831555. Got cut-off spkng to the male agent. Phoned again. Male agent (did not get his name) told me to spk to the Billing dept when clearly my query was not billing rel'd. Phnd 0831808 again and this time spoke to Lihle Shabalala who said it's a data issue, i should speak to the data dept. She said I can only get a URL report at the end of April which is ridiculous-to wait a whole month while my account gets messed up more. I then got transf'd agn and cut-off agn. Phoned 0831555 and spk to Bareng Seboka who wanted to transf me agn to the Billing department. What I wanted help with from Bareng is to explain internet usage estimates, e.g. x amt of data is used for browsing etc. She would not listen, kept interrupting me, raised her voice, etc. I eventually ended the call bec each agent I spoke to had a terrible unhelpful attit
