Incorrect Billing information and goods invoiced

I took a 2 year 1Gig data contract without a modem or laptop for R69.00 per month. I received a invoice for Data of R99.00 Laptop R140.00 The Total amount they invoiced me was R209.00. Instead of the R69.00 that I was supposed to pay per month as I didn't get the above.
I phoned the call Centre on 9 June they gave me a Service request no S3-TS133-3 PN03 They told me someone will phone me in 24 hours, nobody phoned, I phoned them again on 11 June, they told me they busy investigating it, they don't know how long its going to take.
Its now the 17 June and still no reply, I don't get anything done and then the end of the month they just take the money of my bank account. Im sick and tired of Vodacom, I want this query resolved and fix it and I don't you to tell me you will credit my account next month you will correct my account THIS month, see that the people that's supposed to so their job do it right.
