2 of my 8ta contracts came to an end on 22/10/2013. On 18/09/2013 I completed the cancellation forms on the 2 numbers as required. A week later the one number was prematurely cancelled. I then received a statement showing that I was charged a R900.00 cancellation fee - Numerous frustrating hours and about 20 calls and 2 visits later this seems to be sorted out. However, you have now indicated that my other Telkom Mobile lines are suspended because I am in arrears of R400.00 - it has taken 3 days to find out that this is for reconnecting the 2 numbers that I gave notice on - Seriously -Why? Today is the 23rd, the 2 numbers that were supposed to be cancelled on 22/10/2013 are still working, you are wanting to suspend my services on other numbers because I am in arrears of R400.00 which is NOT ACTUALLY THE CASE. Please will somebody sort this out ONCE AND FOR ALL! It is pathetic - I would like you to listen to voice recordings, look at interactions to get an idea of what I have been going through. I am NOT paying for a service that I cancelled timeously, I am NOT paying for phones that should have been cancelled and I am NOT HAPPY. It is only 10:30am and I need a DRINK!
