Deductions after cancellation

On the 01/10/2013 ; 04/11/2013; 27/11/2013 and the 01/12/2013 I requested 8ta to cancelled my cell phone contact to be cancelled after the contract had expired on the 07/12/2013. They told me it will be done and no deductions will be made after the 07/12/2013. They had deducted on the 31/12/2013. All the dates I have been to Telkom branch in Bloemfontein they just give me ref numbers but nothing has been done to my request. This is the ref numbers I had received from them.6841951 ; 7140230; 6841951 all I want is for 8ta to stop deductions and to cancel my contract with this number 0815701396.
