I CANCELLED MY CONTRACTS WHICH WAS COMING TO AN END IN NOVEMBER VIA E MAIL.I REALISED THAT IN DECEMBER THAT THEY HAD STILL NOT CANCELLED I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THEM TO QUERY THEY CLAIMED NOT TO HAVE GOTTEN THE EMAIL.THEY OPENED UP A CASE WHICH I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE TO AS YET.ON THE 9 JANUARY 2014 I WAS PASSING BY A TELKOM MOBILE STORE AND WENT IN AND FILLED OUT A FORM TO CANCEL WHICH THE PERSON WHO FAXED IT THROUGH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COMMUNICATED WITH RESPECT.HE GAVE ME A COPY OF THE CANCELLATION.TODAY I PHONED 8TA AND THEY SAID THAT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN CANCELLED SO HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANOTHER MONTH FOR IT.I AM GOING TO PUT A STOP ORDER TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.I HAVE PROOF OF MY CANCELLATION LETTER SO I JUST THINK YOURLL ARE TAKING MY MONEY DONT THINK ILL WANT TO SIGN OR RECOMMEND TELKOM MOBILE TO ANYONE.
