Vodacom keeps raising the bar on incompetence

I had to register a brand new online profile from scratch today, as Vodacom's website suddenly told me that there is no profile for my number even though I've been using it for years.

I had to relink all numbers that I have been paying for for YEARS.

Did Vodacom suddenly delete my profile? Were they hacked? Or do they not think through every IT upgrade implemented or step taken?

Once this relink process was completed I was not able to view ANY bundle balances online - as they all just display a red box with "No bundle left" in it. (Yesterday I had 95/100 messages left over for October - and even this is now "No budle left").

This is both annoying and infuriating at every turn, as I like to keep tabs on consumption of data and minutes.

Very confused and irritated
