Contracts not cancelled - Still billed!!!

I went in to my local Telkom Direct Store to cancel two contracts - I did this on the 4th of May 2013. I filled in paperwork for the cancellation of both numbers. I also specified that I do not need the numbers as I never used them in the first place, I got the contracts because of vouchers that came with them.

I saw on my June invoice that I was still billed for them. I only had time today to follow up. I called 081180. The agent advised that the branch did send the cancellations requests to the head office and a case was created for the numbers to be cancelled (this was all done on the 4th of May) but it was never done. This is really bad service. I want to be credited for both numbers for the month of June and I WANT THESE CONTRACTS CANCELLED!!!

I am going to reverse the debit order if I am billed in July and only pay for the contract (10gig 10gig) that I want to keep.

Come on 8ta-Pull finger out of and fix my problem.
