Nobody attends to query

The bill for my internet access jumped from 149 Rand to over 500 Rand in June without reason and has been wobbly since. We are not doing anything extraordinary or download anything weird and expensive ever.
I repeatedly contacted a supervisor by e-mail, who had offered his help before, because of impossible service in another matter last year. No response. I tried to phone him and somebody sent him an internal e-mail. No response.
I then eventually logged the complaint with the call centre on 3 October (Ref. 104712171) and was promised speedy response from the billing department or such. No response to date.
Will somebody please contact me and sort this matter out?!!!
