Upgraded my contract (U559014) an chose to go from talk 350s to Red Advantage. Should have taken effect from 01/12/2013 but still on talk 350s up too today. logged a call on 02/12/2013 (S3-T812J-JEUKC). No one has once called me back, called the call centre many times each time explain the issue from screatch to different agent, and all i am told is they are waiting for thier back office. Called again on 09/12/2013 (S3-T9P3C-C20YX). This time i get told, sorry initial call was logged incorrectly so another one needs to be done. How difficult is this to fix. Can i please get some feedback? Please advise what charges i am going to pay for all the data and sms's i used from the 01/12/2013 as i should have had a data/sms bundle. It is not my fault that it is 10 days later and Vodacom cant sort out a simple thing like get a subscriber on the correct contract. 1/3 of the month as now gone by and i am still on talk 350s, for which contract will i be billed for at the end of December.
