02/07/2013-Receive statement from telkom mobile on invoice amount due.
08/07/2013-My first complaint at telkom mobile about my bill. I have been charged for free minutes which I did not receive after migrating from the 3s contract to a 7s contract. I communicated with Khanyisani Nzyza.
01/08/2013-Again I call the call center (Talked to Sifiso Madondo)
19/08/2013-No feedback at all at this point. Senzo N. Gumede informs me that my case has been close due to the fact that the finance department could not reach me. I again reopen the case.
20/09/2013-Still no feedback. I talk to manager Gumede [Email Removed] He cannot give me feedback.
01/10/2013-no feedback. Talk to manager [Email Removed] She understands my problem. She contacts finance department. No feedback.

I chose to upgrade from 7s to limitless after communication with Mohlatt. I also had the 10gb data contract. I ask to stop 10gb at end of October when limitless kicks in at Nicolway with Yvette Phala. I saw sysem prompts the end of contract to be end October 2013. Now I need to pay R180 for 1 gb after I ALREADY PAID R200 for 10gb WHICH I AGAIN DID NOT RECEIVE!! This is unacceptable!!!
