Unacceptable Service Delivery - DISGUSTING!!!

I went to the 8 ta/Telkom store in Centurion to cancel my existing contract in September 2013. I was advised by the consultant that I can only cancel my Contract one month prior to the date of termination of the Contract. I then visited the same store in October 2013 to action the same instruction - I was assisted by the Manager on duty. He took me through the whole process and then advised me that my request has been ACTIONED SUCCESSFULLY! One month later in November my Debit Order went off from my Bank Account - I immediately went to the same store to enquire. I was then introduced to another Manager, who was recently appointed. I told him everything that I went through just to CANCEL a STUPID CONTRACT. He apologised profusely with regards to the lack of Service. And he then PROMISED me to INVESTIGATE THE MATTER and provide me with the feedback within 24 HOURS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FEEDBACK UNTIL DATE - THE DEBIT ORDERS ARE GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT CONSISTENTLY ON A MONTHLY BASIS. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR??? I really had a remarkable perception about the Sales and Service offerings from 8 ta/Telkom - however with my recent experience I am highly DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!
