I had voluntarily set a call limit usage with Vodacom end of September to R100. This system of theirs was suppose to notify me at 70%, 90% (which it did) usage then soft lock my line as soon as the I exceed the limit. Yes my line was locked but In this case I called in after my line was locked and I was told that I was R350 above my limit. I complained about how flawed their system is as the terms and conditions when they were read to me before I agreed, I was assured and guaranteed that as soon as I exceed my call limit usage it will be locked. The Team leader explained about how the systems works and still my questions were not answered as my point was why wasn't it soft locked as soon as I exceed my limit. The team leader logged a call regarding this issue- ref number I have. It has been over a week and I haven't heard any response concerning the progress, I have called in twice in the previous week and no investigation findings were found at this point.
