Call limit is a sham!

After 2 years of good service from Nashua mobile I renewed my contract with them - bad decision. The reason was to monitor my usage as they provide the service of smsing and blocking my phone when I reach my limit. Since the renewal of my account however they have messed this up from December 2012. They sms me to tell me I am soft locked, but then do not soft lock me and some months they don't sms me at all to tell me I have reached my limit. I had my limit put up to R800 and I got a bill for R 1358.26! Their excuse is the delay between Vodacom and themselves, but never in 2 years was this delay more than R50 and now it is over R500! Going over my limit did not happen in 1 call & the excuse is absolute tosh! I have reported this error every month since it started and no one ever gets back to me with an answer or a solution. Today I explained my story once again, was put on hold for 10 minutes by a very rude consultant - Peter Demetriades and then cut off - I then had to call back to hear the same rubbish as before - the service of being notified or soft locked is not guaranteed! 'Not guaranteed' and 'month after month doesn't work' are not the same thing! Disgusting service!!!
