I have a contract that I took with nashua mobile for Samsung S11. I received a statement for October month and to my shock my airtime usage for October was R397.62 including VAT is R453.29. My issue is I have a R100 limit that I set, on the 20/10/2013 I requested Nashua Mobile to temporarily increase my limit with another R100, which all in all my limit for the month would be R200. Now my question is how can I go over R200 limit with R197.62 when I have R200 and was soft locked when I reached the limit. I asked for a breakdown of airtime usage. I was told Internet usage was R325.05 and about R5 of SMS's. I asked how much did I use for Voice call. According to Nashua mobile all call that I made where billed from the free minutes. I'm really not happy with the service rendered by Nashua mobile and the answer I get from call centre consultant is call limit cannot be guarantee. Why the does Nashua mobile impose something that doesnt really work? Is it their way of conning money out of consumers? I have been with Nashua Mobile for 8 years and this is the service/thanks I receive?
