MTN NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!

I logged into my MTNsp account to check up on my usage and found a charge of R287 for PSD calls. When I looked further into this found that my internet usage was 4GB at 06:52am, how on earth can this be if I am connected to my Wifi at work and at home???

Who is using my internet on my contract??? You expecting me to pay for usage I have no clue about!!! This is really unacceptable!!!

ANOTHER thing, I upgraded my contract two days ago and the call centre agent told my my monthly payment will be R449, which I agreed to, now looking on my online account, the bill comes to R536??? Where on earth do you people get off ripping people off!!!???

I want this sorted ASAP!!! Disgusting MTN!!!
