Mtn the worst cell network

Been back to the same store over and over, 808 does not know anything of a sim swap, its been 2weeks now and my sim swap hasn't gone through on my new contract, this is the worst custormor experince I've had yet, espesially on a network that seems to b the most expensive with the slowest internet covaradge
