This is my third complaint now. For the past few weeks I have not been able to do anything with my mtn uncapped dongle. Please dont tell me about my usage rate or how much fair usage I have. I would like to know why I have to restart my connection every time I want to view a page on the Internet. When im connected it stays connected for a few minutes and the it stops working again. I understand mtn has a fair usage policy but now I cant use the Internet at all. This is the third time this has happened in less than a year. What is going on??? As this is only the case sometimes. Please respond with real answers and not a generic answer like before. Please tell me if this is a mtn problem that is being fixed. If not, how do I cancel this contract or I will take this further. Consumers have the right to service delivery promised. No where does the contract mention your internet might not work for a month at a time.
