My bandwidth dropped from a 2Mb Uncapped line down to a ridiculous slow speed overnight.

After phoning Mweb three times to complain that the line was that slow the engineer let me know that the line had been throttled due high usage.

When I asked the engineer what the total usage was he told me the line was sitting AT 19Gb usage. Not, 500Gb, not 200Gb, not 100Gb, NOT EVEN 50Gb...

19Gb Usage - How ridiculous is that...

Not just that but the over charged me, when I was on a 1Mb line at a price of R339, I found out that I had been over charged for months, at R449 and did not get a refund once I was automatically upgraded to a 2Mb line.

I found out today that I've been billed R489 for a R449 priced line.

No apologies, no refund and my line throttled to ridiculous levels AFTER 19Gb of usage.

I've been with MWeb for a few years and have told many people to join Mweb, I'm sorely disappointed and WILL BE MOVING MY ACCOUNT AWAY.

I'd suggest others dont bother joing Mweb.
