I had a Top up contract with MTN, I upgraded my contract during September 2013 to get a Samsung S4. I've been paying between R500 to R750 per month for quite some, however since I've been upgraded my bill has increased to R2300 for October and R1700 for November. When I call the contact centre I get told it's because of internet usage, when I tell the consultant I don't use the phone for anything, they insist on me increasing my limit, which I obviously do not want to do. I would like a thorough investigation to be done, because i don't believe my bill could've increased by more than 100%. Should it be internet usage i would like a breakdown sent (free) to me andthis needs to be done for 0837747592 only.
