I got a new contract with MTN for a tablet and s4. My bill is now over R3000 apparently i used the internet for data usage reaching R2500?? is that even possible in a day? Nevermind that, i have phoned 808 numerous occasions requesting for a detailed statement of this usage and a thorough investigation but i get no response. The call centre agents continously say? will log the request and email the statement"but i receive no feedback and no statement. Whats funny about the usage is that my simcard was never in the phone as i only used wifi for the phone.

Now im being handed over to debt collectors because i refuse to pay the usage.

This is unacceptable! i need to know what else i can do for MTN to do a thorough investigation with this act.
