After the last fiasco with the upgrades, I thought that Vodacom would start following up on queries and see to it that customers are satisfied. No, that it not the case.

Not one of my questions asked in all my emails have been answered. The spin doctor who answers your queries when you use this method of complaining, does not appear to even read the emails sent to him. He DOES NOT REPLY and does not implement any requests at all. He is there to try to placate upset customers and then to hope that they will just go away by themselves.

Since my last problems, I now fail my security check, suddenly my ID number is not correct!

Since the "last problem was resolved"??? I have never received an account, nor any of the PROMISED documentation showing HOW the account had been sorted out. My new Samsung S4 phones are still in their boxes, I cannot do a sim swap because suddenly Accounts say I am owing R3 500 and am in arrears. The request for the full account was met with a single page showing I owe R3 500 and no details or invoices at all. 2 requests from 2 different departments - still no FULL account.

Vodacom really is not playing the game.
