I have never in my life experienced such terrible service. One cannot access the vodacom site to view your re-charge history, you keep getting an Error on Page message.

When you call their call centre, they tell you to call the accounts section and give you their number. The number does not exist. It does not even have an engaged tone. When you call back and demand service, they promise to send an email to the accounts department. When you send them follow up emails, they read your email and just ignore you and don't respond.

When you send queries through to their enquiries section regarding the same issue, attach screen dumps of the error, they first send you three different emails with authentication questions, in stead of only doing it once.
Then someone finally calls you to ask: "What seems to be the problem on our site? " Hello lady, it is your freakin site and do you not read a customers email before calling them? Then they suggest re-registering because they worked on their site... well dear vodacom staff, did you know that your site does not allow customers to re-register if they are already registered, and again give you an Error on page message.

So frustrated
