My name is Emil van Graan. I was a victim of sim swap. Vodacom issued a sim swap on my account without any authorisation and led to a substantial amount being out of my FNB account. I went to Vodacom Menlyn to report the. I was informed that it will take 15 working days after no feedback I returned to Vodacom. Only to find my case was not even submitted. I spoke to the manager Lionell Moti. He promised me the moon and stars and that the issue will be resolved. After no feedback and not returning my calls I went back numerous times to find out what the problem is only to find excuses. The last time I went Lionell gave me a case number and two numbers which I can call (none of these numbers worked) again he did not reply to my emails or messages. I am beyond frustration with the complete incompetence of Lionell which is a manager at Vodacom Menlyn. I have all correspondence and will happily share this.

I am in dire need of the position of my case and need to resolve this issue ASAP. I just hope more senior personal in Vodacom can help me with this and really hope they dont have the same dont care attitude of Lionell!!!
