Canceled contract now i cant apply for new one

A long storie short, got a new contract but the combo deal i wanted didnt come and the top up was wrong.
Straggled a month to get the thing sorted. Wrote on hallo pieter and a costemer rep called me and said that the sales rep where i ordered will call me before canceling contract, He didnt just send it to chancel department.
I said cancel it il apply for a new contract. now i do not meet the criteria. I have no phone now borrowing a friends phone... I do not have advice for mtn on costmer service department.at this piont i am very disappointed.
