Very unhappy vodacom custome

Firstly, I upgraded to a samsung galaxy s3 in about June last year, and when I did the upgrade I asked that BIS be removed from my account, it is now the end of feb 2013, i am still being charged for BIS, which since june 2012 I have requested a number of times that BIS be removed from my account - this had better be sorted out and i expect to be refunded for those months of paying for BIS when i requested it be removed because i now dont own a blackberry.

Secondly, my account has been softlocked because i have apparently exceeded my credit limit - I phoned customer service and was told i had to pay in R2000 for my phone to be unlocked - what has really put me in a bad mood is the fact that my account with vodacom is in good standings, and is paid in full every month, I was not given notice that my account was even nearing its credit limit - Vodacom seems to want to loose its loyal customers who always pay their accounts on time and in full.

I have completely lost all trust and faith in vodacom
