I tried to do an upgrade @KZN Pavilion store for a Black HTC One. On two occasions Yahida confirmed that the phone was in stock. Autopage matched a price & she loaded my details onto the system for the upgrade only to find out when signing the papers that it was a white HTC1 (24 Sept).

The cancellation did not happen when instructed 3weeks ago & I was being charged for a contract that I did not have (R657pm). After 2weeks of frustrating conversations with head office & the Pavilion store, I decided to try to cancel my contract & port to CellC. This was denied since they said I owed R4000 on my contract which I never had. Still managers @head office refused to take my calls or call me back.

Today a credit note was passed for R150 (device fee only) despite Manager Henry's supposed conversation with the credit controller to credit the correct amount. Autopage, What about the contract fee itself 4being charged for Smart L? The difference of R400 on my invoice for the previous month (Sept) & the overcharge for Oct?
