THIS IS THE THIRD TIME LOGGING THIS COMPLAINT.

CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG AT AUTOPAGE... MY GPRS DATA IS STILL BEING CHARGED OVER AND ABOVE MY BIS, AND TODAY, AFTER CHECKING MY BILL ON-LINE I SEE THAT SMS'ES HAVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE AS WELL!!! I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO THINK HOW MANY TIMES THE SMS DOUBLE CHARGED HAVE HAPPENED, WITH THE GPRS BEING SINCE FEB2013.

I WANT A MANAGER TO PHONE, AS CLEARLY THE PROBLEM IS NOT BEING RESOLVED, AFTER A LOT OT CALLS TO TECH DEPARTMENT, AT AUTOPAGE BRANCH, AND EVERYTIME THE ANSWER IS "ALL THE SETTINGS IS CORRECT" YET, I AM STILL CHARGED GPRS DATA.

I AM GOING OFF MY HEAD!!!

PLEASE AUTOPAGE, IF YOU CAN NOT FIX YOUR INCOMPETANCE, RELEASE ME FROM THIS CONTRACT, CLEARLY YOU ARE IN IT TO RIP ME OFF, AND NOT TO PROVIDE A PROPER SERVICE.
