Iggest mistake ever!!!

I go into store to cancel a contract and do a return and take a new contract due to the fact that I was unhappy with certain network (cellc), 7days after contract was taken. This was returned as a CPA. 2weeks later I receive a statement being charged for 2months as no one in store cancelled my contract. I call into head office who does not pik that up. Its almost a month now before they finally cancelled my contractand I'm still being charged for 2months of usage. How do I use the product when its not in my possession. I call into head office. On the line for an hour and got transferred to every possible department. And guess what, I still gta wait till they look further into it cos its not there fault that contract was not cancelled.

At head office, No one knows what to do, they weren't of any help. And what was the end result. 'Sorry mam, we can't do anything more from our side right now, u have to wait another 2weeks before we give u any feedback as to whether we can cancel your contract'

Worst people to take a contract with. Unreliable, not efficient, and very misleading.
