Fees changed and incorrectly charged

I have a 24 month contract and the billing fees were increased before 1 year had expired on the contract - I signed a contract for 24 months and is supposed to pay R106-50 per month but it was increased to R108 per month without any notification. Furthermore I was charged reconnection fees of in excess of R98 twice but my account is in order. I was credited with one amount only and no one is responding from the Altech Autopage store to date. I was promised that the 2nd credit will be paid to my account - still waiting. I am being asked to consider further products as a valued customer from Autopage Marketing Div but NOT interested. I cannot do business with a supplier who treats clients without respect. I would like to have my account rectified as a matter of urgency as I was wrongfully charged for fees that I was NOT supposed to pay in the first place. This is disappointing as Gerhard tried everything in his power to help me but Head Office has final say and they need to correct this situation asap. DO not think I can continue to do business with Autopage once my contract has expired.
