Cancellation of upgrade and contract

I ordered and upgrade with Autopage 3 weeks ago for a Samsung S4, the call centre agent told me it will be delivered in the middle of that week. I did not receive the phone and have had no further correspondence from them, but they charged me for the upgrade at the end of May, AS WELL as an extra micro SIM which I specified I do not need as I already have one (which their records should surely show).

In addition, there was another incident with Autopage: my phone was in 2010 and I went into an Autopage store to cancel my SIM at about 10 in the morning, when I got my statements, the had made calls to Ethiopia until 7pm that day and Autopage refused to reimburse me for the cost as "it was not called into the call centre and they take no responsiblity" - the shop owner (cape town central) also said that it is not HIS responsibility, but that of the call centre.

So, Yesterday I called to cancel the upgrade, AND to give notice of cancellation of my Autopage contract due to bad service. Voila - today the S4 is delivered to my office. I have sent it back - please cancel ALL MY BUSINESS with you. Incredible that you would conduct yourself in this manner!!!
