Money deducted from bank account

On the 15th of October a amount of R612-20 went of on my bank account for telkommobi. My telkom accounts only go off on the 25th of each month. I contacted the billing department and laid a complain. The lady that helped me were friendly and knew what to do. She asked me the bank statement where this deduction reflected on and other details then told me someone will contact me within 72 hours. I thought that was it and that I can write off this money. To my surprise this morning the 17th the money was refunded back into my account. To the lady in the billing department that helped me, her name is Nontsikelelo thank you for your professionalism and help. Thank you to telkom in resolving this matter so fast. This will issue will put back the positive thinking in me of telkom because of previous issues. Once again thanks to all who worked on this issue. Case number. 6872657
