I spoke to a consultant a week ago to change my account from cash back to debit order after i received an sms stating i need to pay my account immediately to prevent suspension. This consultant did not do their job my line is suspended, its been 29 min now since ive been on the phone trying to get through to customer care, and my account isnt in arrears
