Cell C
No Cell C 3G Network in Gauteng

I ported from Vodacom to Cell C yesterday (only knows why). I guess there price structure was quite attractive. Today I have NO 3G signal, I cannot even receive emails.
It's all good with Cell C coming up with good price offering but if you cannot access the network, those attractive price offering that they keep on going on about are useless.
In the past, I have had Cellc technicians come out to see why the signal is so weak, and all they say is that they building towers and working on improving the signal. That's all good, but I suggest that they should only bring more people to their network once they have sorted out there network. Its only fair. Now that I have ported to Cellc, I'm stuck with call centre agents with excuse after excuse for the poor network. Apparently today the whole 3g network in Gauteng went down. I never had one issue with Vodacom. Should I have stayed with Vodacom and pay for peace of mind???
I would rather pay more money for a service that I can access than to pay less for nothing!
Please do not tell me to send my location etc... We give you money so that you can provide a service. So please do that and we will all be happy.
