Good day

I have invoices indicate the money being deducted from my accounts despite me paying a cancellation fee as deducted in July 2013.

1.Naedo Collection Nudebt Telkom R1500 -July 2013

2.Nudebt Collection Telkom R913 -August 2013

3.Telkom Mobile R238.50 -September 2013

As well as October to date despite indicating that I had cancelled my contract and paid levies.

As per cases opened and clarified looking at the attached statement (8ta March Statement), I was only using 0825911474 which was linked to the 8ta number for Contract 3, what will happen to all the payments that I have been making towards the Contract 1 account that was later removed from my billing from Telkom, I have not received any feed back from all the call centre agents that have contacted me.
