Z10 issue finally resolved after 5weeks

So now that iv waited a month and a week, with having no phone and having your chief managing supervisor natasha makes us wait 3 and half hours on friday to disagree that my phone is broken, I now hear that you, vodacom, a multibillion company, now also agrees that my brand new replacement phone is infact broken, please do not ask for my case number, you should have a filing system that is able to see what all has happened on my contract, if you cant find all my complaints through either my name or all the book in codes then you truly are useless, i cant understand how you can reply to me here looking for the hello peter link when on hello peter you are replying to me looking for the Facebook link and booking code of my issue, are you all a bunch of cavemen just throwing rocks at each other, please do respond, i cant wait to see what stupid and pathetic reply i get this time

im finally getting a credit note to go to another brand of phone, about time, could of been resolved quicker and quieter like the room we were shoved into to keep us from making a scene
