2 month old issue still not resolved

I posted on Facebook on the 21st of November, still no contact made:

I have a case from early October, job number was 9237073 - This was (I thought) resolved after a couple of days - by way of calling me and telling me that my phone is ready. When I got there, to the same shop (Vodacare Canal Walk) I went to first, they gave me my _broken phone_ back and told me that I have to find a store that has stock and sort it out myself. At this point I just went with it because I was sick of being messed around and was pretty incredulous that a company like Vodacom would give a customer back a broken phone and have them source their own new phone. We tried the other stores - no one ever has stock.
It has been over a month, nearly 2 months. I'm done trying. I am done driving around, wasting time and petrol to get a new phone. I work in a central area where deliveries can be made. Let me know when you need the address to deliver the phone and collect whatever needs to be collected. I will scan through documentation that you need - I will not be driving to YOU anymore, I think it's time you came to me. You should have my email address on file. The previous ref number was 0007~718F.
