Incompetence of staff and signal problems

So this is my 4th complaint about Cell C.
I am just not getting feedback or assistance with this company.
Billing problems: I tried changing debit order dates to no avail. They then started charging me on dates to which I didn't even agree. I stopped the debit order again and again and again so they could change to the date I want them to debit my account. This problem was eventually solved. This month they didn't even present a debit order and I am told by their incompetent staff that I must contact my bank cause I stopped the debit order. JUST SO YOU KNOW if I stopped a debit order the amount would go OFF my account and then be reversed. THIS DID not happen. I paid them via EFT but I am sure they will double debit me at the end of the month.

SIGNAL problems: The team leader a lady by the name of HEIDI took it upon herself to sort this problem out. She phoned the me the day after to confirm if somebody from technical phoned me. I told her that I am still waiting and AGAIN they disappeared on me. My reference # 3100903557. I am STILL waiting. STILL paying for a service I can not use. Will resort to the NCC.
