Cell C
3 Months still no resolution!

This is now the 4th complaint I am putting on Hello Peter after just spending 30 minutes on the phone to some person in the Call Centre only for them to put the phone down on me and not call back.

I have been waiting 3 months for Cell C to fix my iMessage on my iPhone. I have received very quick responses on Hello Peter but that is about it. Tshepo is supposed to be getting a new phone delivered to me but it has now been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing more from him nor Cell C and the useless fellow I have just spoken to does not even have the decency to call me back after the phone has been put down? Am I expected to keep calling back to get an issue resolved that they know about and have had numerous calls and complaints?

To say the least this is ridiculous. This service is unacceptable! Cell C when you do reply, reply with some information that I can actually use like a direct number for Tshepo or even better his manager because he has proven time and time again that he is incapable of solving this problem! Even better come and collect this phone and cancel my contract.
