3rd complaint in 4 months-bad attitude & execution

Hi,

This is my 3rd Vodacom Hello Peter complaint in 4 months... Vodacom certainly knows how to keep their clients happy... Or maybe not!

I am very unhappy with how you guys "resolved" my issue. Your consultant (Ikraam Abrahams) did not only have a rude attitude on the phone, but also did exactly the opposite of what I asked for.

Please sort out this mess

1 Vodacom gave me new contract instead of upgrade. Issue on your web portal
Issue resolved (See hello peter)

2 Two months later Vodacom deducted R4500 for the cancelled contract (1) after the phone was returned

3 The consultant (Ikraam Abrahams) who did the refund did not only have a bad attitude on the phone, but also did the opposite. He gave me two options: Vodacom will credit me for (2) above, so I can either keep the credit on my Vodacom account or they will pay the money back into my account... I asked to be repaid the reason is obvious: R4500 is a lot of money!!! That you took on 8 October - 3 months ago!!! When I called last week the accounts department I was told the money is as a credit on my Vodacom account. How long do I need to wait stil?
