Made appointment, didn't pitch

Just when I thought Telkom had turned the "horrible service" leaf - they do it again. Telkom arranged to install the line today - yet didn't bother pitching. I had arranged for someone to stay at home to let the Telkom guys in, and I didn't even get as much as a courtesy call to say that they wouldn't show up. I am so disappointed, really hoped that Telkom was better now.
