I cannot believe that Telkom are not able to e-mail invoices. I have been requesting since last week, a detailed invoice and I followed up again today. A stupid, dumb afrikaans woman called me (I can't belive that telkom employs people that cannot talk properly in a call centre) just now and says due to, she cannot e-mail the invoice. Hasn't she heard of PDF documents? I need the invoice to reconcile the calls and amounts as my phone was out of order due to the lines that were but it seems to be such a mission to try to get information from telkom. Further to that, when i called last week, the guy siad he's generate a reference number and somebody will contact me to send the invoice to me. These people are USELESS!!!
