In mid-December 2013, I laid yet another fault with Telkom. When the technician phoned to come repair the line I was unfortunately away for the week. That in mind we arranged a date for him to come out and make the repair, at the same time I mentioned that I was moving and would need my line to be moved to my new residence. The technician agreed to come through on the 23rd of December and repair the fault on the line as well as move my line to the new premises. He never showed up, so I phoned Telkom and they said I had cancelled the fault, which of course I didn't do. so I then opened another fault and requested that they also send someone to move my line to my new premises. Again the technician was supposed to come on Monday the 30th, he didn't show and then promised he'd come on Tuesday the 31st, again he didn't show and then said he'd come today (2nd of January) and then phoned to cancel. I work from home and cannot do any work without my ADSL line. I've now been asked to wait until the 7th of January, which I can't do!!!
