Pathetic service

I redeemed my vodacom points on wednesday night but did not go through, i tried again did not go through again and i stopped .. and i checked in the morning to my suprice 100 points were gone off my account and i called vodacom and spoke to the lady and she told me that it showed technical error on her side and the points were not supposed to go off my acc and they sent me this sms Dear Customer, Your service request no. A6-0I32-FI193 has been logged. We will contact you via sms, email or phone call within 24 hours.
Vodacom Customer Care: 082111.but 24 hr is gone now and still no responce..Called them again today and they did not give me the answer with their pathetic customer service
