I have given your Customer Care and Talking Points Division 2 weeks to come back to me with an answer on why - after accumulating 2500 talking points (equals R25, 000.00 of pre-paid spend in less than a year) I will still have to pay in R1300.00 above Recommended Retail Price for certain smartphones when exchanging say 1000 of those points?

I have been in contact now with over 4 Customer Service representatives, already complained on Hello Peter once and I have email confirmation that a manager in your Talking Points Division would contact me regarding the above before close of business last Wednesday. Still no contact. Someone needs to take responsibility and answer why your claimed talking points loyalty reward programme gives no or very little reward for loyalty to a high end customer.

I wanted to move onto a contract with Vodacom but cannot do this otherwise I forfeit all the loyalty points. All I needed was a person with the ability to answer the above, but it seems none of your staff are capable of picking up the phone and giving me an answer. Hopefully you will be able to sort this out,
